“Who is this training program for?“
This training is for whoever is taking care of your clients! Maybe you’re a one-person show, running the ads and communicating results with clients on the reg. One-on-one training could help support your biz and your goals to lay the foundation to scale!
This is also for your agency’s dedicated Client Account Manager. Do you currently have someone who is managing your client accounts, and who is the client-facing person on your team? One-on-one training can help empower your CAM to take ownership of the role, all while making your life easier by giving you confidence that your clients are well taken care of.
This is also for Account Management teams! If your agency has a team of Client Account Managers. We offer group training to facilitate multiple CAMs, with agency-specific OKRs to streamline your processes and make sure the teamwork makes the dream work.
“Where do you see the biggest wins for the client account managers you train?”
The biggest wins would be the support, empowerment, and confidence they feel during and after our training together. Sometimes people just need that support system of people who “get it”, and a helpful community to lean in on. It’s helpful to know you can ask all the questions, and never feel like you’re alone in the process.
Client Account Managers also feel empowered. They have the templates, the systems, and the processes, and now they can choose what works best for them, and their agency. It feels good to streamline processes, and clean things up so they’re organized and inflow. We spend time on their specific templates to make sure it makes their life easier, and keep them efficient.
“What should I expect as the agency owner?”
The agency owner should expect to feel supported! We want to make sure this training is specifically designed to enhance the systems that are either already existing or yet to be created. You’ll be part of a community of like-minded people, who have a passion for Client Account Management.
The agency owner, CAM, or team of CAMs will all receive access to the CAM School. This is a 7-module course that holds all of our knowledge, key systems and processes, and secret sauce that we’ll talk through during the training. There is also a Resource Guide that will continually be updated with real examples, SOPs, guides, and systems for you to use within your agency. We cover everything from the tools we use daily, Onboarding systems to Client Meetings, and The DOT Method.
You’ll be meeting bi-weekly with me, (Emma!) to go over a CAM or Agency-specific game plan, talk through CAM School, cover CAM topics and discussions, and build the support system you need!
