Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
Be the main point of contact for your clients and ensure everything stays on track.
Coordinate tasks and deadlines with internal teams to keep deliverables moving smoothly.
Lead weekly client meetings, share updates, and ensure everyone’s aligned.
Work with media buyers to create clear, on-time performance updates your clients can trust.
You’re here to build strong relationships and ensure every client feels supported and heard.

The successful candidate will be trained in our CAM process, step by step, so you aren’t just learning on the job.

Yes. If you're a seasoned marketer, love working with clients, managing projects and want to make an impact in your role, this is for you. We're only looking for experienced digital marketers at this time. If you're confident speaking to digital advertising results, this is for you.
You need to understand the fast-paced environment of working in an agency. Digital advertising experience is a must (not just content marketing).
No! If you're a successful candidate, we'll cover your training (valued at $2,999).
After you apply, if you've been chosen to take our assessment, that will be reviewed within 2 business days. Then, you'll book in with our Agency Director for an interview which takes about 1 week. If you're hired, then comes training which takes around 2-4 weeks to complete. In short: a few weeks.
We pay above market rate for a Client Account Manager. If you're the right fit for DOT & Co., we'll take care of you. This is a full-time position.
