DOT & Co: What are your regular work hours?

Kerry, CEO: I usually work for a few hours in the late morning, late afternoon and in the evening. But trying to get more regular 10-3 type of hours. I also do work on Saturdays and Sundays.

DOT & Co: How many hours a week are you saving from having a Client Account Manager on your team?

Kerry, CEO: I would guess 5-10 hours per week

DOT & Co: How much time do you spend bringing in NEW business and leads? Do you wish you had more time?

Kerry, CEO: I don't spend any time bringing in new ad clients but I wish I had more time to create courses.

DOT & Co: Have you been able to scale your business? If so, by how much? What have you been able to achieve now that a Client Account Manager is on your team?

Kerry, CEO: Yes. 30%. I've been able to grow the non-service-based side of my business, which has been a dream come true.
