Case Study: How this agency owner saves 10-20 hours per week!
As an agency owner, you hit a point where you must decide: to scale or not to scale. We all know that to scale your business, there are bits of the business that need to be outsourced— whether that’s media buying, project management, bookkeeping or sales calls.
For our client, Anthony, he decided to scale by outsourcing his client management, and it’s paid off. He’s been able to save 10-20 hours per week and add an additional revenue stream to his agency.
Our passion as Client Account Managers is to help make agency owners’ lives easier, more productive and less stressful.
Meet Anthony.
Owner & CEO
Speedwork Social
When we met with Speedwork Social’s CEO Anthony back in 2019, a big chunk of his day was spent emailing and communicating with clients, all while balancing the other important elements of running an agency.
His goal in hiring DOT was to spend less time managing client projects by having someone dedicated to project managing all his team’s tasks. He was tired of all the heavy admin work, constant client emails, and to-do lists.
Fast forward to now: Speedwork Social has scaled their client list, and CEO Anthony is thrilled to be still working with his client account team from DOT.
Before & After:
Before working with DOT…
DOT & Co: What do you spend most of your day doing?
Anthony, CEO: Growing our agency's brand, business development, emailing/communicating with clients, managing client projects, and admin work.
Today, 9 months later - Here's what Anthony has to say…
DOT & Co: What do you spend most of your day doing now that you have a Client Account Manager on your team?
Anthony, CEO: Business development and growing our agency's brand.
🎉 This is a win! We’ve watched Speedwork Social grow and scale significantly over the last 9 months.
