Why I started DOT & Company
Straight out of university, account management has always been my jam. I loved working 1:1 with people, whether it be in a team setting or with clients. Project management? Timelines and due dates are what makes my heart skip a beat.
Starting out as a Digital Marketing entrepreneur, I quickly saw the need within the Digital Marketing industry for clients to be better taken care of. I wanted to revolutionize the way traditional digital marketing agencies work by creating a business model that not only would nurture lasting relationships with agency’s clients, but free the agency owner up to do what they want (and need) to do in their business to ensure growth.
Traditionally in the agency world, a client account manager is thought of as the hire you make when you’re successful. However, I realized that a client account manager is a hire that’s needed now in-order for an agency to be successful. So… I created it.
