Remember the importance of trust. Remote life means your team may have a flexible schedule, which means you can't micromanage! Empower them to ask questions and seek out advice from the team.
We implemented virtual happy hours, coffee dates, and even yoga all while running a remote team. This has been a TOTAL game changer.
KEY: we want our Client Account Managers to bring our DOT vibes into the agencies they work in, so we set it up from the ground up.
This means instilling our values, ethos, and mantra into our leadership. We strive to create a work-life that is inclusive and thought-provoking to inspire innovation.
