"what if my agency doesn't have systems and processes in place to hire you for account management?"

I understand wanting to have your ducks in a row before hiring, but we're here to tell you that your agency does NOT need to have SOP's, workflows, or even specific roles for the client account manager before hiring someone like us (DOT!).
