There are certain red flags that come with any relationship. So if your agency has any of these flags, DOT & Company is not the match for you.
We love the remote life. We are a company that is entirely remote. Client Account Managers love the laptop life, and it's encouraged. No need for corporate culture here, we thrive in making our own schedules while keeping clients happy. If your team is in-house, working at a round table and bouncing ideas back and forth while chatting over the water cooler - then you can pass on DOT & Company, we are not the fit for you.
Just picture this: Everyone in a board room, in person. Enter your Client Account Manager over zoom on a tiny laptop screen.. 😳 beyond awkward! Not to mention inefficient. Without all the players on the same field, it doesn't work.
What else makes us not want to work together? A 24/7, around-the-clock work culture. No thanks! We value work-life balance and encourage time with friends, family or self-care. We love what we do because of that balance, and it's very valuable.

Our Client Account Managers, pride themselves on their marketing expertise, perfected communication skills and ability to think on their feet. However, in a market that is so complex and niched, our expertise doesn't translate. Meaning, that if your agency's niche is hyper-specific, CAM Life just won't work. So if your agency is so specific it will take months to get caught up to speed, DOT & Co. won't be able to make it the best experience for clients. But we can let you know the best course of action... we'd never leave you high and dry!
Efficiency is our jam, doing a full-time role in a fraction of the time. But sometimes, the red flags can't be ignored. If you are guilty of any of the above situations, you don't need to hire us.
