Let's be honest: this pandemic has been brutal, and it's safe to say we're all in need of some R&R and a plane ticket booked outta here ✈️
But in reality, the concept of taking a vacation day can be tricky for remote workers and anyone in the agency world. In the WFH life, we all know how easy it is to get sucked into going "offline"— but still keeping an eye on your emails all day and responding to clients as needed.
As agency owners and client-facing managers, we suggest a few key tips to keep in mind when going to book that next vacayyy 🌴 It all starts with:
Communication with your clients ahead of time (I'm going to be OUT!)
Setting up backup communication with another team member for urgent needs
Project manage in advance
