We chat about how to manage expectations from the start (we don't want to sound like a broken record but clear communication is key). So that means confirming deliverables and timelines from the get-go (in writing ✏️).
So why does setting boundaries really matter?
Because it sets everyone up for success. If deliverables and timelines are clear then:
Your internal team knows what the goals are,
AND importantly, your client feels informed and is more likely to be happy with the work, as they receive what they're expecting.
