"DOT & Co. stood out to me because of their value in empathy and passion for communication—two very important parts to the success of a relationship.

Working for DOT & Co. releases me to not only flourish the relationships between marketing agencies and their clients but truly be a cheerleader for businesses and individuals living out their entrepreneurial dreams. Another way I see it is through empowerment—providing a helping hand to lift someone up so they can succeed. Empowerment is so diverse in how it looks, but to me, it looks very much like the DOT & Co. Client Account Manager role."
