Want to get to know Tara outside of her CAM life!? She’s an Ayurvedic Health Coach, which basically means that She’s crazy about living a healthy lifestyle and eating well. She also loves travel, finding amazing hotels and adventures.

Wondering what her go-to coffee order is? She’s all about tea. She makes a big pot of tea each morning and sips on it all day. What goes in it depends on the season. Right now, her go-to is ginger turmeric, cinnamon and ashwagandha.

Fun fact about Tara… She wanted to hate Italy because everyone raved about it. However, after going there, it is her favorite country as it checks almost all her boxes.
