Even without an Account Manager, you'll still see a significant impact on your client communication, processes, and client retention. Our trainings cover a wide range of topics, from building strong client relationships to managing subcontractors to simplifying invoicing and payments.

What level of experience do I need to join CAM Community?

From beginner to advanced, CAM Community has something for everyone. This is the best place to hang out with Account Managers in all types of agencies and businesses. 

Can I get personalized coaching or feedback on my client management strategies?

This is where our ‘Ask Me Anything’ sessions are so valuable! Bring all of your questions and get answers.

 

I’m an Agency Owner, can I join?

You can! If you have a team of Account Managers, this is your chance to give them a space for learning & development, where we’ll only invite them. If you’re in the Account Management seat, you’re welcome to join! 

 

Is there a limit to the number of Account Managers I can have in the membership?

No, and in fact we encourage agencies to have their Account Management team enrolled to allow for better consistency across the agency. The membership is paid per seat. 

 

I don’t have an Account Manager yet. Should I still join?
