We work remotely, and set our own hours, all while making digital marketing agencies look good by keeping their clients happy. Is this role right for me?

It’s not for everyone, but if you’re a people-person in marketing, client account management could take your career to the next level—less campaign management and more of the relationship-building you value in your day-to-day.

Do I need to have marketing experience?

Yes. If you're a seasoned marketer, love working with clients, managing projects and want to make an impact in your role, this is for you. We're only looking for experienced digital marketers at this time. If you're confident speaking to digital advertising results, this is for you.

Is agency experience necessary?

You need to understand the fast-paced environment of working in an agency. Digital advertising experience is a must (not just content marketing).

Do I need to pay for training?

No! If you're a successful candidate, we'll cover your training (valued at $2,999).

How long does it take to get hired?

After you apply, if you've been chosen to take our assessment, that will be reviewed within 2 business days. Then, you'll book in with our Agency Director for an interview which takes about 1 week. If you're hired, then comes training which takes around 2-4 weeks to complete. In short: a few weeks.

What is the average salary?

We pay above market rate for a Client Account Manager. If you're the right fit for DOT & Co., we'll take care of you. This is a full-time position.
