Let’s get this party started.

We are so incredibly excited to welcome you to the DOT family. We are not just your Client Account Managers — we are your friends, colleagues and partners in crime. We’re here to make your life easier and ensure your clients are happy and taken care of.

To ensure we have everything we need for success, we’ve put together a comprehensive on-boarding system below. We ask that you take some time to go through this before booking your on-boarding call with your Client Account Manager.

Your Onboarding Checklist:

Step 1

You’ll receive a few housekeeping items via email from us. Please start by taking care of these!

  1. An agreement for digital signature

  2. An invoice with your first month’s invoice

Step 2

Now it’s time to create an e-mail account for your client account manager and project manager. Woohoo!

Please create your client account manager’s email with their first name + your agency’s domain, example: taylor@dotandcompany.co

Please create your project manager’s email with their first name + your agency’s domain, example: taylor@dotandcompany.co

 

Step 3

Next, a few more admin items to take care of. Please add and/or give your CAM and Project Manager access using that fancy new email to the following:

  • Access to PM software (Asana, Airtable, etc)

  • Access to client folders

  • Previous reports and directions on how to create (if applicable) 

  • Calendar invites for weekly client calls

  • Slack invite and added to proper channels - please add us as admin for future

  • Facebook Business Manager and any important ad accounts

  • Google Manager and any important ad accounts

  • Any other software or applicable platform

Step 4

Now we get into the good stuff — learning about your clients that you’re already working with! Please take a few moments to fill out the following form for each of your client’s we’ll be taking over.

Now it’s time to schedule your onboarding call with your client account manager. Your CAM will reach out to you to get this on the calendar.
