THE FULL PICTURE
Tiffany didn’t arrive at the Director of Operations role with a bird’s eye view. She earned it from the ground up. She’s been hands-on with implementation, owned and nurtured client relationships as a CAM. She coached, trained and hired the next generation of account managers while she was a department manager, and worked closely with agency partners to deeply understand their goals and deliver the kind of white-glove experience DOT is known for.
Now, as Director of Operations, she gets to see all the pieces come together, and make them work better. Tiffany is focused on improving retention, building efficiencies, trialling new ideas, and streamlining business operations so every person on the DOT team can show up as the best version of themselves, and work as one cohesive unit.
Unreasonably high standards? That’s the goal. DOT is taking account management to the next level, and Tiffany is leading the charge, including spearheading an AI-integrated approach to business operations that has the whole team excited for what’s on the horizon.

Where it all started. Boots on the ground inside digital agencies: learning how they operate, what makes them tick, and getting hands-on with the implementation that built her foundational knowledge of full service digital marketing.

Owned client relationships end to end: managing expectations, building trust, and learning what it really takes to make an agency client feel genuinely looked after.
