CLIENT ON-BOARDING

We want your clients to feel welcomed as soon as they’re ready to come on-board and see that your team has everything organized and ready to rock! Hand this over to your account manager and go out and bring on even more business.

DAILY CLIENT COMMUNICATION

That’s right - as the agency owner, you hand over the client communication to us. Email, slack or other.

WEEKLY CLIENT MEETINGS or REPORTING

Your client account manager handles your client meetings which can be time consuming as the agency owner. We’ll host your meeting weekly for 30 minutes with each client or help create and send reports to clients.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We’ll manage all details of your client’s projects, including scope, deliverables and on-going management and ensure everything is getting completed on time so clients are happy! More of our clients use Asana or Airtable, but if you use something else, we’ll figure it out together.

SUB-CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT

We will ensure contractors or internal ads team is taken care of. Everything from project coordination to communication, we’re the ones working 1:1 with your team to ensure all deliverables are met. Exciting, right!?

CAMPAIGN & PROJECT REPORTING

Reporting on client results taking up time on your calendar? Consider it done. We’ll work with your ads team or contractors to ensure reporting is completed on-time and shared with your clients.

CLIENT GIFTING

Wouldn’t it be nice to send a little something special to your clients every once in a while? We’ll plan, purchase and send a little something once a quarter.
