How it's calculated

Only Paid Time Off comes out of your leave credits. Sick Leave/Personal Day has its own 7 days a year. Unpaid Time Off, Bereavement and In-lieu-of-holiday days are listed but don't come out of either. Both reset every January 1 and don't carry over.
