Kristen is a skilled Client Account Manager at DOT & Company with diverse experience in marketing and business consulting. She has a strong background in fashion, having owned her own business and later transitioned into consulting. Kristen excels in social media, paid ads, email marketing, and e-commerce. Her passion for rebranding and graphic design, along with her familiarity with online retail platforms like Shopify and Squarespace, adds value to her work. Additionally, Kristen's experience as a previous business owner allows her to empathize with clients and contribute to operations, SOPs, and BP improvements.
