As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for the clients whose accounts you manage, and, internal members of the agency (ad specialists, agency owners, project managers, or other).
In short: our clients are marketing agencies, who hire us to come into their agency and manage their client relationships.
We’re here to help digital marketing agencies keep their clients happy—and keep them focused on what they do best—with full-service client account management services. We have developed our own methods for premium client management, and each of our Client Account Managers at DOT & Co. are trained using these methods! We support you so you can do the best job ever.
Here are some of your key responsibilities as a Client Account Manager:
We're client-facing to speak to timing & deliverables with the client. Internally, we coordinate and develop tasks, priorities, deliverables, and timelines with team stakeholders.
You will be nurturing client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor, and ensuring the communication and campaign delivery is flawless.
Developing weekly status reports, alongside the ads specialist/contractor and ensuring this is completed on time.
Taking ownership of your account performance, you’ll be forward-thinking in your approach, understand the client.
Our clients are agencies, so firstly, keep your agency happy! Second, agencies hire us to keep their clients happy, so this is your main priority.

The successful candidate will be trained in our CAM process, step by step, so you aren’t just learning on the job.

Yes. If you're a seasoned marketer, love working with clients, managing projects and want to make an impact in your role, this is for you. We're only looking for experienced digital marketers at this time. If you're confident speaking to digital advertising results, this is for you.
You need to understand the fast-paced environment of working in an agency. Digital advertising experience is a must (not just content marketing).
No! If you're a successful candidate, we'll cover your training (valued at $2,999).
After you apply, if you've been chosen to take our assessment, that will be reviewed within 2 business days. Then, you'll book in with our Agency Director for an interview which takes about 1 week. If you're hired, then comes training which takes around 2-4 weeks to complete. In short: a few weeks.
We pay above market rate for a Client Account Manager. If you're the right fit for DOT & Co., we'll take care of you. This is a full-time position.
