We take over everything from on-boarding clients and setting up project timelines, to daily slack and email messages, and everything in between.

DOT & Company is a full-service client account management agency. They call themselves “your outsourced client account manager”. They work with digital marketing agencies who want to grow and scale, and help by taking over all client communication and project management so the agency owner can get out and bring in new business and/or grow the agency brand.

Our full service client account management prices are based on the current number of clients an agency has.
All packages include all services listed here.
OUR ‘IDEAL’ CLIENT:
When we think for our ‘ideal client’, here’s who we think of:
A digital marketing agency who has 1-15+ clients, however ideal if they have more than 5 to start
An agency who has goals to grow + scale
Someone who is ready for a full time account manager and can afford a full time person, but see us as the better option ;)
An agency owner who strives for a strong team culture and will take their DOT client account manager under their wing as part of their agency family fold
REFERRAL PROGRAM:

20% commission of agency’s first month invoice for each successful referral (ie. if they pay $2,700, you earn 20% of that)
