Adelaide Anno-Kusi joins us as Agency Integration & Talent Acquisition Lead. Adelaide has 10 years of recruitment experience, she has built recruitment functions from scratch and managed campus recruitment programs to meet staffing needs. Partnering with startups has allowed her to wear many hats within People and Culture teams, engaging in HR training and development, compensation, onboarding, and culture development.

Adelaide is creative at heart, when she is not staffing DOT’s agency needs, she is working on short films and documentaries. She loves to travel and is an advocate for true work-life balance, coaching women on how to overcome burnout in their careers.
