In this phase, you’ll learn all of the ins and outs of digital marketing. If you’re already an expert in this area, you’re one step ahead! We’ll show you everything you need to know about advertising for eCommerce, Lead Generation and Coaching clients from the inside lens of Facebook Business Manager. You’ll understand Top of Funnel, Middle of Funnel, Bottom of Funnel and finish out with some CAM top tips from the experts (us!).

 

Module 2: Servicing Digital Marketing Agencies

In the next module, you’ll see the inside of CAM life. You’ll learn why you’re a CAM within an agency and how much value you bring to the table. You’ll dive deep into digital marketing and talking the talk with your clients to ensure you’re CAM ready.

 

Module 3: The Best Platform Practices

You’re about to learn how to project manage like a boss. We teach you how funnels are built, including the tools and programs that agencies use. You’ll finish out with an in-depth understanding of how ads reporting works, as this is a big part of your CAM role. We love reports!

 

Module 4: Onboarding Like a Boss!

Next up: getting ready to onboard clients into the agency. This is one of the best parts of CAM life, meeting and engaging with your new clients. You’ll gain access to all of our onboarding documents and flows, and you’ll get to practice this to ensure you’re ready. Don’t worry, we’ll help you every step of the way.

 

Module 5: The DOT Method

We’ve developed a lot of ‘must do’s’ within our agency, and we share them all with you. From how to share special touches with your clients, to how to ask for a case study, you’ll learn why we’re the CAM pros.

 

Module 6: A Day in the Life of a CAM

Now, you’re graduating and learning how to jump into Client Account Management. This is where everything comes together and you are ready to begin your journey to client management.
